I went to Minto-Brown Island today. I took a trail that I hadn’t walked on before. It went past fields of tall grass. A pair of Ospreys had made a nest on a poll in one of the fields. Turkey vultures were circling around the trees. I took a side trail and it led to several bee hives. I decided to turn around and leave the bees alone. It was late afternoon and because of this the sunlight had cast a golden light on the trees and grass.
